About
Who We Are
Black Brilliance Inc. is an organization which aids in the transformation of organizations, individuals, communities, institutions at every level. We work with individuals and organizations to build their capacity to live out their mission and professed values in ways that enliven and excite them.
We are creating a world where leaders are rich and developed with intention; organizations' work explicitly builds capacity and power within communities forced to the margins and those that have been forced off the page, and where organizations get to actualize their mission in ways that are vigorous and transformative. We are not just facilitators or consultants--we are co-conspirators in your organization's transformation.
We work in partnership with a consortium of Black Leaders focused on the development of other Black people through entrepreneurship, education, employment and tapping into our sheer brilliance. In addition to that amazing work we work the majority culture to build and transform organizational culture that may have been challenging for people of color to break through. Because we stand on the shoulders of giants we know we can break through any barrier in front or behind us.
